ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS WITH DR. ERIENNE WEINE

Terms & Conditions

The Dream Life Activation Session with Dr. Erienne Weine is held under the following terms and conditions:


1. Description and Scope:

The Dream Life Activation Session (“the Session ”) with Dr. Erienne Weine d/b/a Dr. Erienne Weine and/or Fresh Philosophy ("the coach") is an online one-on-one meeting between the coach and session purchaser (hereafter referred to as "the client") providing one-on-one space for the client to voice personal information of their choice and receive life advice, feedback, and resources from the coach within the session. This service may provide information and space intended to be helpful in the client's personal psychological and emotional healing journey. Information discussed may be scientifically-based, experientially-based, and /or merely anecdotal. The session in no way guarantees any outcome. Any and all outcomes experienced by the client as a result of the session are the sole responsibility of the client, and will vary based on personal preferences, application, life circumstances, skills, abilities, and other factors. The coach is not responsible for client outcomes. The coach is a Ph.D. of Cognitive Psychological Science and is not a licensed clinical therapist. No aspect of the session is meant to substitute for licensed clinical services and should not be treated as such. Information discussed within the session is intended to be held as confidential, but this is not legally binding or held to the standards of any external body. Clients may not distribute, transmit, sell, or otherwise share session transcripts or videos of the session. 2. Access

The session is delivered via online video conference platform. Upon purchase, an online automated and/or manual process for scheduling the date and time of the session will be made available to the client within 72 hours. After choosing the meeting date and time, a digital reservation will be sent to the email address provided upon session purchase. It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure they book their session and appear at the booked date and time. A client session which is paid for will be available for booking for six months past purchase date (please see refund policy,below).

4. Payment Policy

This session is purchased via online payment gateway in a single purchase. Additional payment options may be offered through the online gateway itself, which are not associated with the coach or session. Agreements made between the purchaser and any such entities do not affect the relationship between the purchaser and the coach. When using such a service, the transaction will be subject to the 3rd party’s terms and conditions, and the coach is not liable for any issues arising from their services.

  1. Refund Policy

    There are no refunds or exchanges offered for the session:

    1. No refunds will be given for sessions purchased but not booked. Upon purchasing the session, the client's assumes responsibility for following the session booking protocols to ensure a date and time are booked. If such protocols fail, it is the client's responsibility to reach out directly to the coach via email at dr.erienneweine@gmail.com. Session purchases are good for booking a date and time for six months from date of purchase.

    2. No refunds will be given for sessions booked but not attended. It is the client's responsibly to ensure that they appear at their online meeting.

    3. No refunds will be given post-session. The session is intended to change the way one lives one's life, internally. External measures of satisfaction, such as usefulness, success, etc. are not possible, may be difficult to quantify or detect, do not affect whether and how an individual, consciously or subconsciously, attains value from it.

      1. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability:

        The session and the coach are not responsible for specific outcomes and do not, and do not intend to, provide professional advice within. The session and the coach are not responsible errors in information provided in relation to the session or technical issues.

      1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

        This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. In the case of dispute, such will be resolved through binding arbitration, settled by a neutral arbitrator. Clients cannot join a class action or representative action lawsuit. This clause covers all disputes related to the use of this session.

      1. Privacy Policy:

      2. Miscellaneous Clauses:

        The coach reserves the right, at their discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, the client will provided at least 3 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at the coach's discretion. By continuing to book, access or use session material after those revisions become effective, the client agrees to be bound by the revised terms.
